These terms govern purchases made on Juxcode. By accessing the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
1) Digital products & delivery
Products are delivered as digital downloads. After payment confirmation, you receive a secure download link (and an invoice/receipt PDF). Download links may expire and may have a download limit to protect both the buyer and the seller.
2) Licensing (simple, fair use)
- Unless stated otherwise on the product page, each purchase grants a single-business license to use the software within one organization.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the software or its packages.
- You may customize the software for your own internal use.
3) Payments
We support M‑Pesa checkout (STK Push) and manual Till payments. For manual Till payments, you must provide a valid transaction code. Orders are fulfilled after payment is confirmed.
4) Support & customization
Support options (installation, training, and customization) may be offered separately. Details are described in our Support Policy.
5) Refunds
Digital goods have special refund conditions. Please review our Refund Policy. We always help if a payment was successful but delivery failed.
6) Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Software is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do our best to ensure quality and correct delivery, but we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or business interruption.
7) Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
