Refund Policy
We sell digital software downloads. Because digital goods can be copied once delivered, refunds are handled under the conditions below.
Eligible cases
- Payment success but delivery failed: if you paid and did not receive access, we will first fix delivery immediately. If we cannot deliver, you may request a refund.
- Duplicate payment: if you paid twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate amount or provide store credit — your choice.
- Wrong amount charged due to system error: we will correct it.
Not eligible (typical digital product cases)
- Change of mind after successful delivery/download.
- Inability to use the product due to your server/hosting limitations (we can help you choose proper hosting; installation services may be available).
- Requests after extensive access or repeated downloads beyond the allowed limit.
How to request a refund
Contact us and include:
- Order ID (e.g.
#123) - M‑Pesa transaction/receipt code
- Reason for the request
We aim to respond quickly. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.

Most issues are resolved instantly by resending a secure download link — so you can get back to business.
