What’s included with every purchase
- Secure delivery: download link after payment confirmation (plus invoice/receipt PDF).
- Order assistance: if payment was successful but status didn’t update, we verify and activate delivery.
- Basic guidance: we can point you to the right hosting/server setup requirements for the product.
Installation & training (optional)
Many customers prefer a done-for-you setup. We can help with:
- Server/VPS deployment
- Database setup
- Role/user configuration
- Team onboarding & training
Customization (optional)
Need additional modules, reports, or workflow changes? We can scope and quote customization based on your requirements.

Response time
We aim to respond quickly, especially for payment/delivery issues. Complex installation/customization tasks may require scheduling.
