What’s included with every purchase

  • Secure delivery: download link after payment confirmation (plus invoice/receipt PDF).
  • Order assistance: if payment was successful but status didn’t update, we verify and activate delivery.
  • Basic guidance: we can point you to the right hosting/server setup requirements for the product.

Installation & training (optional)

Many customers prefer a done-for-you setup. We can help with:

  • Server/VPS deployment
  • Database setup
  • Role/user configuration
  • Team onboarding & training

Customization (optional)

Need additional modules, reports, or workflow changes? We can scope and quote customization based on your requirements.

  • When contacting support, include your order ID and M‑Pesa receipt/transaction code.

Response time

We aim to respond quickly, especially for payment/delivery issues. Complex installation/customization tasks may require scheduling.
